Retail wireless Arris modem compatibility

Why are there no wireless retail modems certified for use with business class service?  I would think there would be at least one of the Arris modems that would be acceptable for use.  I can't imagine that there is any large technical differentiation that would make the wireless Arris models incompatible.  Is marketing just making it difficult to get an integrated device so i have to pay a monthly fee?

Also, is the Arris 6190 going to show up on the list soon?
