resetting router to default settings

Hello I am trying to get the router reset to its default settings. I am not able to login to the router can you please help.

There is a small hole on the back of the router labeled 'reset'. Take a pen or something small enough to fit in there and push the button down for ten seconds and that will reset the router to its default settings.
