Reset modem password

Apparently the last time I logged into the modem I was requested to change the password (from the default highspeed) and clearly I've forgot what I changed it to. Typically I change it right back after logging in, but guess not.

 

I don't want to hard reset the device.

Hi ATL_dave, no worries, it happens! I can change it back to a default password for you if you'll send a private message by clicking on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and provide your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number.
