Reset cusadmin password

​I did a remote restart of my modem and afterward the csuadmin login no longer works. How do I reset the password?​

Have you already tried one of the default passwords? Or the network key listed on the device itself?

I tried the default password 'highspeed' and the password listed on the device. Neither password works.

Can the gateway cusadmin password be reset without resetting the whole gateway?

Updating your Wi-Fi password should not reset the modem itself. Are you accessing the modem settings via the Xfinity website?
