Reset cusadmin password

I did a remote restart of my modem and afterward the csuadmin login no longer works. How do I reset the password?

Have you already tried one of the default passwords? Or the network key listed on the device itself?

I tried the default password 'highspeed' and the password listed on the device. Neither password works.

Can the gateway cusadmin password be reset without resetting the whole gateway?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us on this social media platform. I appreciate your patience while you waited to hear back from us. Are you trying to manage your Wi-Fi password? Updating your Wi-Fi password should not reset the modem itself. Are you accessing the modem settings via the Xfinity website?

I no longer work for Comcast.
