Reporting Caller ID Info for ClickToCall

I have an Arris TM608G, and I need to report on calls received from the Internet using Click2Call from Google.  I've proved the standard Comcast "Call History" reports do NOT include calls made from the Internet.  I want to pull the INTERNAL call information that would show an incoming call, and then show which extension it was transferred to.  Essentially, I need to take the info shown on caller ID on the handset, and get it into an Excel spreadsheet.  I'm not sure if my equipment has this functionality, and if it does, how do I use it?
