RE: Router not honoring blocked devices, nor reserved IP addresses

I Have the same issue with a new router they just activated 2 weeks ago on Dec 3 , 2025. All devices that have their MAC in the "Blocked Devices" list allowed on the network.

Please help. Should I buy an off-the-shelve router but the behind Comcast router and set up the BLOCKED DEVICES" on this secondary router?

PLEASE HELP!!! Much appreciated !

My team would be more than happy to further troubleshoot this with you. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list
  • - A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
