Purchasing a new modem

I've been using my own equipment for some time, and I now want to upgrade that gear, separating the modem from my router for better security and easier upgrades in the future. Is there a list of approved modems for business service, and what is the process for getting a new device's hardware address assigned to my account?

Shoot me a private message with your full name, address and, the phone number listed on your Comcast Business Account. Once you get the new modem, we will need the make and model and the MAC address of the modem to get it added.
