Pedestal Cover

The pedestal cover outside our business has been missing since the start of winter. I've requested that someone replace the cover. Does anyone at Comcast have the responsibility for replacing the cover? It's still missing.

Thank you very much for the quick response. Within a couple days, a Comcast truck was onsite and replaced the pedestal cover.
