Password reset on Cisco business gateway, please?

Question

I tried resetting my Cisco gateway to factory default to get back to the oringnal password and it does not seem to have worked. (Pressed the pinhole button)

How can I get a reset from Comcast, please?

PS: It is amazing how effectively Comcast has designed their business internet telephone prompts to prevent a person from succeeding in reaching a live person on the phone, particularly when there is no live chat rep available in the middle of a business day.
