Network Switch for Business VoiceEdge

We are planning to have a VOIP phone system installed using the Business VoiceEdge plan and we need to install a network switch. We are going to piggy back off of the phone for data to our computers. What type of switch is needed to work with this system? Managed or unmanaged; POE or does the Comcast equipment take care of the POE; other specs to consider?

I can definitely help you with this information. With voice edge, we do supply all of the equipment upon install. It's highly recommended that your IT personnel is present during the time of install, as well. Thanks Rob K.

I was told the same, except that I need to provide the switch for my network.

We do not have a recommendation for the type of switch that you would purchase this would be beyond the line of demarcation or outside our network. I would be happy to review the account further and see what options for the service level that you have.
