Need to disable AP isolation for managing devices on wifi and ethernet
I have Comcast business, with my server connected to the modem via an Ethernet cable. I have several other devices on the wireless radios (both the 2.4 and 5Ghz) that I need to be able to communicate with. I am unable to do so and I assume it's because AP Isolation is enabled.
Looking through the forum it seems AP isolation is enabled as long as the xfinitiy hotspot is enabled, but I can't disable the hotspot from the modem or from the business dashboard. I called support but they also couldn't disable the hotspot.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey, @user_74bb6c! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Business forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with not being able to communicate with your AP. Having a look into a few things, it does look like the public hotspot is turned off. Not sure is this would help, but it also looks like device discovery is turned off as well. Have you tried to enable this to see if this will allow you to communicate to the AP?
