Need the password for my SMC gateway reset

I'd like to request a reset to default password for my comcast business gateway.

I tried the reset button on the back of the modem, but I am still unable to successfully login using any combination of usernames/passwords

This is a gateway model SMCD3G-CCR

I have researched and tried every user name and pw for Comcast biz equipment: "login failed." Please reset and give me the correct information. Thanks.
