Need router password reset (but not configuration reset)

We have a static IP and the Comcast router set to bridge mode. The password we logged in our password database is no longer working (we had router replaced and tech did the config but I guess didn't leave the password with us). I've tried the default highspeed and CantTouchThis to no avail.

We do not want the entire configuration reset - just the password.

Hello, @user_fb476e. I hope you're having a great day so far. All you have to do is type 10.0.0.1 in any browser and press enter to reset the password. I'll be on standby just in case you have further questions or concerns.

@Comcast_Raul I don't think that works when the router is in bridge mode (10.0.0.1 "This site can't be reached").

This is the only option we have available to access your admin, @user_fb476e. Have you attempted to remove the bridgemode temporarily to update your credentials and then enabling the bridgemode on your router afterward? If not, give that a try and let me know once you're done.
