Need my Modem in True Bridge Mode

Can anyone please put my modem in 'True bridge mode?'

I have called Comcast SEVEN times so far and still no luck. I'm hoping this channel will be easier, quicker, and less frustrating. I'd like my comcast modem in 'True Bridge Mode' not just pass through mode.

I have a dynamic IP address. Like other people here, Comcast customer support said TBM wasn't possible without a static IP. Several tech support people (incl Tier 2) tried to enable TBM but the CG was never reconfigured or rebooted. It still vends a 10/8 address to my network. I tried power cyclying the CG manually and the configuration remainded the same with the TBM not enabled.

Comcast_John, maybe you can help?

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Account Number
3. RF MAC address from the IP-Gateway

4. Confirmation that you do not currently have a Static IP range nor considering to get one in near future.
