Need modem in bridge mode

My company was just set up with new a new Comcast Business Modem yesterday, and I discovered overnight that some remote services we have are no longer accessible.  I'm assuming this is due to the new modem not being in bridge mode.

 

Can anyone assist with getting this changed on our modem, or is calling a better route?

Please disregard this question.  I went ahead and called in, and the issue was taken care of with a ticket within 4 hours of my request.
