Modem needs "True Bridge
We do not have a static IP and I need my modem in a "True Bridge mode" so my Sonicwall firewall will get a public IP. I understand that it will be a Dynamic IP but we need a public IP address to remote in the Sonicwall if our VPN tunnel is down. Can someone please assist me with my request? When I called the support number, they said that it was not possible but I know it is possible.

If you prefer to have the IP-Gateway (modem/router) in bridge mode, please send me the following information via private message (PM).
1. Your Full Name
2. Your Account Number
3. The RF MAC address of the IP-Gateway

IP-Gateway has been set to bridge mode.
Please reset your network router to receive public IP from the cable modem.
