IPv6 Routing with CG3000DCR

I have a Netgear CG3000DCR as part of the IPv6 business class trial.  I am deligated a /54 prefix but am wondering how I can utilize this by breaking it up into /64s behing my own Cisco router.   The topology I would like is the Comcast issued netgear -> Cisco Router -> Switch with multiple VLANs that I would a /64 setup in each. 

How does the netgear unit need to be configured to route into my network for all of my /64s.  I'm sure this is just a v6 noobie mistake / misunderstanding...
