Internet down since Friday night, when can I expect a call?

My gateway was provisioned for static IP on Friday night. Apparently the change didn't work so the rep opened a ticket with "advanced repair". The change also took down my internet.

 

To date I have not heard from anyone to fix the problem that Comcast caused. Calling customer service is useless, all they can tell me is it will be taken care of ASAP.

 

I don't care what my SLA is, if Comcast caused the issue it should have been fixed immediately. Instead my business has been without internet since Friday night.

 

I want to know when I will at least hear from someone regarding this ticket and when the mistake will be fixed.

I know how important the services are to your business and we want to do all that we can to assist. Wow a whole weekend without internet I cannot even imagine the impact to your business.
