I change the password for my Comcast Business Router Gateway, but now i don't know what that password

Hello!

I change the password for my Comcast Business Router Gateway, but now i don't know what that user and password is.

I have tried all of mine, as well as the default user and password, and none of them work.

Is there any way to get this reset without losing what setting I have on currently router?  It has port forwarding!

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Comcast Business" in the "To:" line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
