how do I block abusive ip using the gateway firewall?

I need the IP 23.25.11.73 blocked but I cannot figure out how to add that IP in the gateway firewall. It doesn't seem to handle anything but pre-defined stuff that are mostly useless or blocks everyone.

Hi, @sgrayban! Are you attempting to block a website from being accessed or are you attempting to block the IP from accessing your network?
