Handling Missed Appointments

I had a tech miss an appointment.  I waited until 10 minutes after the appointment window and called comcast.  After some time the CSR read me the technician's note:

"Spoke to Sub, unaware of appointment"

The note claims to have called my phone number.

No one called telephone number at that time.

I want to hold someone accountable.

Who do I need to talk to at comcast that can track down the recording of the phone call that the technician supposedly made to me?

I apologize your tech appointment was missed, I will do my best to find out why the appointment was missed and we can get another tech scheduled. To better assist you could you please send me a private message with your full name, business name, and the street address for the business? 

 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
