Gateway Admin Password Reset

I've tried the default password and every password I can remember and to no avail. Could I please have it reset to the defaults?

Thanks for reaching out to us PartnerCRE and welcome to the forums! I can help out with resetting that password. Can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number? It would also be useful if you can let us know the MAC address for the gateway too.
