DPC3941B Hard Reset (Comcast says Truck roll needed to reset?)
Support tried to reset gateway password twice, says not possible.
Must send a tech?

I can understand how impactful any service issues can be. It is possible that the modem may need to be replaced and this is what the technician would be able to do for you.
