DPC3939B what is up with this WAP?

It doesn't work with Chromecast, it has great difficulty connecting to 2.4Ghz devices. Why is this even offered?

To add insult to injury, during install I was told that I could not connect my netgear model to buisness class, as it was not approved so I had to use this hunk of junk.

Well I guess I'll be a customer for 10 more months.
