DPC3939B upgrade?

We have had the Business 75 plan for a number of years now and are wondering if there is a newer model of modem available for our account. We have found that the current WiFi4 network no longer provides stable coverage for our use and were hoping to upgrade to a WiFi6 mesh router…
Are there newer options?

Hello there @user_49b93c ! Even if the device is older, you should still have the same coverage as always with your Wifi. Have you performed any troubleshooting yet? Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Comcast Business” in the “To” section. Please include your name as well as the phone number and address for the account, and I'll be happy to check on that device.
