DPC3939B stopped doing 1-1 NAT on inbound static IPs

I've been running with the same config for months now, but after 2:00 am this morning inbound traffic is no longer being translated for the static IPs.  Instead of receiving traffic with the mapped 10.1.10.x LAN traffic I am instead getting traffic with the static IP.  I have verified 1-to-1 Network Address Translation is enabled as shown below Tried rebooting the DPC without effect.

Hello tdoris_protek,

I just refreshed the settings, are you still having any NAT issues?

Can those LAN devices reach the Internet when 1:1 is turned on?  I had the same modem and it gradually stopped passing packets through any 1:1 NAT route.  Packet loss grew higher and higher until only a few packets per minute passed through.  A factory reset didn't fix it and no Comcast tech knew what 1:1 NAT is so the modem had to be replaced.
