Cradlepoint speed

I am a Comcast Business customer and I am getting reduced speeds through the Cradlepoint while speeds are good when connected directly to the Comcast gateway. I am getting 330 Mbps download speed when connected to the Comcast gateway. I am getting 105.10 Mbps when connected to Cradlepoint connected to Comcast gateway.

Hello @user_5877ad. Have you reached out to Cradlepoint to see if there are any settings that need to be adjusted?

I got the Cradlepoint device as a Comcast Connection Pro service. Shouldn't you guys support it?

Cradlepoint delivers Internet connectivity via the 4G LTE wireless cellular service during service interruptions. 4G speeds can be a bit slower than your plan speeds. Are you experiencing a service interruption at the moment?
