cradlepoint AER1650LP4 - DMZ

Hello,

I would like to give my whole network full access (via DMZ) in order to make proper port forwarding. I can't login to the cradlepoint modem/router and can't figure out the setup to give DMZ to my network.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your cradlepoint modem. I very much appreciate your patience and greatly apologize for the delay in our response. I know how important the services are to your business and we want to do all that we can to assist. The cradle point modem is geared to be a back up internet service only. As such business customers do not have access to the internal settings on the modem. I would love to assist with any questions or concerns that you may have. Can you please reach out through private message with your first and last name, business service address and account number or phone number? If you have a residential account with us as well we are always available 24/7, Just reach out through this link, https://comca.st/2NGA8rO and you will get in touch with our residential team, where we are always available to assist you with any questions or concerns at any time! -Michelle

I need some kind of support. Bu the nature of the modem, I have to connect the main internet service to  this cradlepoint modem, so it switched when outages are happening to the service it will automatically switch to the cellular service. While doing this, I am not able to look for my internal services. So it is not working for me, and just in this month my business has been affected for at least 3 outages. Because you don't allow me to access to a internal DMZ IP, I have to go over my business no matter the hour and switch the cords manually. It simply does not make sanes. I need you either open the ports or change the equipment. It isn't  working for me this way, and your outages situation is worse and worse. Check by yourself my zip: 33186.
