Connection Pro Status Page

If my primary Internet connection is up, what should the Connection Pro status page show? 

Mine shows 

according to the support doc, Backup Ready should show active.
Also - I've failed over several times for testing, but those tests don't up on the reports.

Hi, @user_d4a9b2. To confirm, is the service all working as expected, but the online portion is showing red, based on the picture? The backup should show as the green color, but if the services are having issues or an interruption that could be why there's something different on your end.

Steps to send a Private Message:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

- A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it"
