Connection Pro Cradle point device.

My setup is comcast modem--cradlepoint device---switch. All IP addresses on my network are assigned by cradle point device and begin with 192.168.165... I need to reserve an IP address for one of the devices on my network and I cannot login to the cradlepont device and browsing through these forums found out that customer has no access and only Tier 2 support personal can access the connection pro device. I tried to reach out to custmoer service via phone and when they couldnt help i asked them to put me in touch with Tier 2 support to which the rep said no one could access the cradlepont device. Would appreciate if someone could contact me to help with this issue.
