Comcast Business router default username and password isn't working
Hey there,
The new router we got a couple weeks ago was promised to allow me entry via the default credentials by the technician. However, that is not the case. Can you help? Let me know what information I can provide to aid you.

Thank you for reaching out @user_780141. It is best to create your own credentials. Have you used the app or the link: https://business.comcast.com/activate/enter to complete activation of your modem?
