Comcast Business Gateway - Set Time

The time on my router is not correct. Is there a way to set the time either through the UI or SSH?

 

Also, our router chooses the middle of the day to expire/renew it's IP address (even though we have a static IP). This causes about 5 minutes of downtime out of nowhere. What controls this?
