CM600 for Comcast Business

Hello, we are attempting to replace our Comcast Business modem with a Netgear CM600. It's pulling DHCP fine, when I attempt to connect to the internet with a device behind it I am being prompted for an Xfinity login. Our comcast business credentials are not working, is there something else that needs to be done?
