Cannot access my SMCD3G gateway via HTTP or HTTPS

I made a change to my gateway and can no longer access my gateway using http:\\10.1.10.1 or https:\\10.1.10.1  I have also tried using http:\\10.1.10.1\admin or https:\\10.1.10.1\admin.  The 1.10.1 browswer just clocks and I don't get any error messages.

Hello tgoyette,

 

You modem has been refreshed and password has been set back to default, and smartpacket detection has been disabled no other settings have been changed. Can you please plug directly into the modem and let us know if you are able to login now?
