Can I get help with early termination fee?

Hello Comcast,

I provided my equipment aka my own modem. I needed to cancel my internet due to said business going under. Now I get hit with a $730 early termination fee. I keep getting told it will be adjusted, but I find support on the phone hard to believe.

I don’t mind paying the difference for the service I used non pro rated or non discounted. But I don’t wish to pay for service I had to disconnect. That I did not use more than 3 months of a 1-2 year plan. 

Can support please reach out and help me?

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name,  full address, and account number? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Comcast Business" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list (an "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
