Business Internet Gateway - password reset

Changed router password from default and now can't login.

Any way to get it reset so I dont have to perform a hard reset?

Hey s_elem and welcome to the forums! Yep, we can reset the password for you! Please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number.

I got an error message when I hit Send saying I had reached my limit of Private message?
