bridge mode
our modem kept stopping responding evrey hour. Can we switch to bridge mode? We have cisco router for the routing by ourself. We do have 16 IPs come with the service.

Hi nxj-boston. Placing your device in bridge mode will remove your static IP address and disable all router functionality of the gateway. For issues with the gateway we can schedule a service call to verify the service and replace the gateway if necessary.
