Arris SB6183 modem
I am using an sb6183 for business internet (yes its on the approved device list) and when it got provisioned the config file is for an sb6121, here is the event log details
SW download init via config file d11_M_sb6121_bcideluxe75_
software upgrade failed after download-incompatible software file
whats up wiyh this i dont have an sb6121
any help would be appreciated thanks

yeah looks like they didn't provision it with the right config file.
to be honest, it should still work fine, but you can try messaging one of the mods on this forum & they will get it the right file.

I am having a number of issues with my brand new SB6141 modem since having my Business Service installed, including the error mentioned above along with MIMO errors and resets. The logs cycle over and over again with the following:
I am experiencing very, very slow download speeds at all times of day (around 4-6Mbps) when I am supposed to be getting shared 25/10 speeds. My upload speeds are good and go between 6-9Mbps. Here's my downstream signal details in case this might also be the issue:
Any assistance would be very appreciated. The phone techs seem totally confused by my questions.
