what I need is to reset the password to get into the admin tool. I forgot the password and I don't see any option to reset it

Most definitely! You can change and set the new password in the Admin Tool by following this step by step guide under ;Log in and secure the Admin Tool' https://comca.st/3gXd4F3 Please note you are not able to change the username in the admin tool but you can change the password by clicking on the upper right hand corner and select 'change password'. Please let me know if this helps.

Hi, I need to reset the password because a former employee change it and now we don't have a way to log in. So none of the steps in the link that you send me are good in this case.
