Admin access to my cradlepoint

I want to access my cradlepoint and configure it to how I see fit. Customer support keeps taking me to Connection Pro, which provides no usable information and is a waste of time. Numerex, which manages these cradlepoints only speaks to Comcast and not end users. There seems to be no way to configure my email to log onto the device.

Hello there!  The cradlepoint that you are referring to is for our wireless back up internet services. Otherwise known as Connection Pro services. This is not a router that you will have access to as a customer. It is meant to be a back up and temporary failover for the internet services and as such there is not a customer access point. Some more information on your access and how to view the failover usage and manage the Connection Pro services online can be found through this link https://comca.st/2VJFyGu You do as always have full access to the business gateway for your primary internet connection. We have a ton of great information on the features that are accessible through your gateway located through this link https://comca.st/2VnwRTt.

@Comcast_Korie

The way you have this cradlepoint configured is far from optimal. And in the case of comcast outages, provides internet connection that is so slow it is unusable. It is no where near 10Mbs even if just one user is on it. How can I improve this and how can I gain access to the device to improve the functionality?

Just to confirm that I am understanding you would like to access the admin tool or what are you trying to access. I want to make sure I am providing you with the correct information.

These cradlepoints are accessible through the browser at NetCloud by Cradlepoint (cradlepointecm.com)  This is the access I'm looking for. The browser portal requires a email/password which is given from the account that is managing it. Your cradlepoints are managed by a company called Numerex, who will only communicate with Comcast. I'm looking for them to authenticate my email for our company for this access.

Roger that. From what I can see, there is no login information we can provide to you at this time. If you are having internet issues etc, we can surely look into that and get things resolved.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Comcast was down for 8 hours in the middle of the workday. Employees were sent home. Lots of hours lost. All due to this failover only putting out .5 to 2.3 Mbs. And I can't troubleshoot this device because I can't access it.
