Admin access to my cradlepoint
I want to access my cradlepoint and configure it to how I see fit. Customer support keeps taking me to Connection Pro, which provides no usable information and is a waste of time. Numerex, which manages these cradlepoints only speaks to Comcast and not end users. There seems to be no way to configure my email to log onto the device.

Hello there! The cradlepoint that you are referring to is for our wireless back up internet services. Otherwise known as Connection Pro services. This is not a router that you will have access to as a customer. It is meant to be a back up and temporary failover for the internet services and as such there is not a customer access point.
