5G Fail-over (or manual switch over)

how do i enable fail over to 5G when my wired comcast internet is down at my business?  i know this was sold to me when i signed up for internet, but it has never worked and i believe i must not have the right router or dont have something setup properly.

My understanding is that is it a manual switchover. You have to move yellow cable from port 1 of the Comcast internet router (larger box) to port 4 of the Cradlepoint cellular hot spot. This is how it was explained to me when I called support.
