Xfinity Stream for Business thinks we are Offsite
It has been two weeks since Xfinity Stream for Business has worked for us after running for years without an issues. Trying this support route since half the time the Support people don't even know what Xfinity Stream for Business is.
We get the message, "Please connect to your business WiFi. Due to licensing agreements, some contenct can only be viewed on your Comcast business Wifi."
We have connected our computer directly to the Comcast gateway and tried the wifi, it doesn't work. This has been escalated to engineering but they don't return emails and randomly don't have a phone number that Tier 1 or Tier 2 support can call. Great customer service! Is the forum a better option, we will see!
