My channel line up

When I go to My Services - TV to see my channel line up I get the error "We're sorry, but your exact channel lineup cannot be displayed at this time. Please check the menu on your TV for more information on what channels are available to you." I created my online account 3 days ago. How long does it take for my line up to be displayed? (I do not want to see "channels available" I want to see "My" channels.

Please use http://business.comcast.com/tv/offices/channel-lineup and this should provide you with business class currently available package specific channel line ups.
