I don't see a send a message button when I click your name. There is only a follow button. At the top of the page is message button but when I try to type in your name you are not found.
Sorry for the delay and confusion. We recently made a change on how to contact us via private message. On the top right of our forum page, you should see a little Chat box icon to the left of the bell. Can you click on that, choose Comcast Business for the username, and type in your message. We will then continue over that private chat.
