Lost Static IPs After Factory Reset
Hello, I had 5 static IP addresses from Comcast, all working well. I performed a factory reset on my router to fix the issue. After the factory reset, I lost all my static IPs.
I called business customer support. They were unable to help, and after two hours of conversation and troubleshooting, they have written a ticket. I would love to sort this out, as it is causing serious time - sensitive issues with my business
