Hi I am unable to log into the modem.

Hi I am unable to log into the modem. cusadmin and highspeed nor the alternate password won’t work. Even pushed the reset button on the modems (2) but still cannot access. Called the 3000 phone number but can never get to a live person. What do I need to do to get into these modems?

Before getting too deep, have you already attempted a factory reset of the modems to see if you would be able to log in with the generic password?

Good Morning,

  Yes I tried a hard reset of both modems 3 times over an entire day. I even went online to locate the model of modem (TechnicolorModel cga4131com) to be sure nothing special had to be done. Troubleshot the line just in case, too.

Have you already tried the steps listed in this document https://comca.st/2PpbIrp under accessing the admin tool? Is that where you are not able to log in, or are you referring to one of our apps?

Yes, tried all of those steps. Yes the log in area is after I go to 10.1.10.1
