Handling Missed Appointments
I had a tech miss an appointment. I waited until 10 minutes after the appointment window and called comcast. After some time the CSR read me the technician's note:
"Spoke to Sub, unaware of appointment"
The note claims to have called my phone number.
No one called telephone number at that time.
I want to hold someone accountable.
Who do I need to talk to at comcast that can track down the recording of the phone call that the technician supposedly made to me?
