Whois Update for Stale Record in Arin

I need to have Comcast update a Whois Record in ARIN for a /29 subnet we previously had through Comcast, which we no longer have.  We are getting "dinged" on a security audit report and until it's removed we will continue to get "dinged." 

I found a previous thread suggesting we open a ticket or create a message directly to Business support; however, I cannot open a ticket on IP addresses that are not ours.
