Website not loading

​Issue started Feb 6 2021 with a website courrielweb.videotron.com not loading.  After 5 reported tickets with Comcast we are at lost for a solution.  Everytime the modem is reset, replaced, the website loads for 15-30 mins then we get a error message depending on the browser we use.  We have disabled firewall etc,,same problem..  Sometimes, if we leave browser tab open, the page will eventually load (refresh overnight?)...​

​Any idea what we could do to resolve?​

Hello, and thank you for taking time out of your day to post on Business Forums. I can definitely see how this would be a problem and would like to assist with a resolution. There are a few questions I have:

Are you only having issues with this specific site? 

Also, have you contacted them directly to see if it is a known issue on their end or specific settings needed to access their site?

As stated:  website is :  courrielweb.videotron.com and we have called 5 times already...

I can understand that this would be frustrating, and I know you said you called us, but I was asking if you contacted https://comca.st/2NOVsiZ directly since it seems to only happen when trying to get their site to load.

 

Can you please shoot me a private message so I can see the tickets that have been created and the troubleshooting steps we have already taken?

Contacting the owner of the website in question has not produced any success-they are adamant that its not their problem sine a) website can be reached for 15-30 mins after Comcast resets modem etc and b) the website can be reached via Verizon mobile, Comcast residential- issue happens only when on Comcast business
