VPN -Meraki MX65 and Comcast Business internet with static IP

We signed up for Comast Business internet and we want to place a Meraki MX65 Firewall Behind the Comcast Router.  We were given static IP addresses. Internal traffic routes out just fine. I am unable to establish a VPN to the Meraki when working externally from my office. Is there a configuration that Comcast must apply to enable bridge or a pass-thru mode, or is this something I can do myself? My goal is to be able to VPN into my office when on the road.

Hey @willbail, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Business Forums! That is a great question and I can certainly help. It is super nice to be able to remote access especially with everyone needing to be home. There is a difference between Bridge mode and Passthrough mode. From your excellent description, it sounds like the modem needs to be set up in Passthrough mode.
